ROSCA is the financial trade method we use to save money on our platform and haste the production of money in big amounts to be borrowed in an investments on individuals and business to keep our social association platform running and save the same chance for all our members. Campaigns are the targets we create on our platform to specify the investment amounts and savings.

By using any our service, website, application, product, software, data, and content, whether you or not become a registered user of our services, you are declaring that you understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions of the Privacy & Use policy. These terms govern your access to the use of the services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and us. We are Roscarich, a social association platform to help communities build a good standing relationship between its members  in investings together in a form of crowdfunding with the use of a financial method known legally worldwide as ROSCA, the short term for “Rotating Savings And Credit Association”, is where group of users agree to save money together in the exchange of collecting the total savings amount equally, everyone by the turn until they are all even and no one is due to another.

Our platform is about creating jobs, growing business, reducing poverty worldwide, and finding ways for communities to focus on a successful role together.

We enhanced this original method of ROSCA to solve three issues of the original concept.

Our platform uses long studied rules and methods to ensure commitments from winners. We expect every user to understand and appreciate our terms on how we made it possible for the communities.

We are not a bank, we transfer money using a worldwide respected and trusted third party internet online payments processing solution company (PayPal.com). Though PayPal is also not a bank only a cash handling organization, it saves all the transferred money to its own bank accounts at various banks in the USA and some other countries. PayPal uses its own security and insurance methods that adds another solid layer of security and trust. By using our service, you accept the both parties Privacy & Use (Terms & Conditions).

We collaborated with big names like PayPal in the field of the internet open market trade to ensure wide range of access around the globe so that it can be for everyone everywhere at any time.

Terms of use

Joining

We create campaigns with fixed limited number of users to join, these campaigns are targeting fixed huge amount of money that can be of value of up to 1,000,000$ or more. Every time a campaign reached the full-required number of users, a new campaign will begin.

A user can join more than one campaign, also can pay a share of savings as many times as we limit on the same campaign to have more chance to take the turn of winning earlier.

There will be no ID verification or process of approval of any sort needed for a member to participate on our services.

We made campaigns open for everyone anywhere in the world, but for many statistics, analysis, and situations like the country legal boundaries, currency, or the minimum users count from the same country, we will create another customized campaign, hopefully, sharing the news from users will get the campaign completed in no time.

Waiting

Users can cancel and ask for refund of his total savings at any time, if they wish not to wait longer before taking the turn to win. The process of one refund order can takes up to 14 days, and 30 days for all payments.

If a user decides to withdraw from one full join-closed campaign, a new user from the next open campaign will take his place. Oldest joined user goes to the full previous campaign first.

We create a campaign that never ends with a specific target of huge money savings and specific number of users, It waits until every user pays his share of saving before it closes and announce the next winner (in random turn)  to benefit from this full collected amount.

A campaign will open again to collect from users just as soon after the winner announcement so that the rest of users will take turn to gain the same benefits.

If a user delays on payments for four (4) days, we will transfer him on hold to another new campaign that gathers all those who have problem paying the (share on demand) until they pay and starts another new created campaign. A new user from the next open campaign will take his place. Oldest joined user goes to the full previous campaign first.

The scenario goes on repeatedly. Campaigns will be live as long as there is new users are joining in place of those who do not deliver payments within time, as there will be always new users to join and waiting for their chance to win.

Winning

When a user wins a turn, we process the lending of the money as a contract between the winner and us, that specifies (how to spend) plans to insure (pay back) to the other users as this is what ROSCA method stands for, sharing the saving between users without losing.

We take a parcel sum of the total campaign target as a fee of service to insure payments back in the long run, consultancy and money managements for the winner, lawyers and all legal works to hand over wealth and benefits of our services.

If a winner is limited with legal demands (Not criminal), we will help him to break free and have a fair use of our services as a winner, like for examples and not limited to debts, governmental paper works, traveling boundaries that can be dealt with like traveling tickets, visas expenses, etc.

For any reasons, if a winner fails to benefit from our service being not lined-up with these agreements for example, an announcement of another winner will take his place randomly, and the failed winner will have options to continue until he solves the causes of these failures for another random turn, or draw back and withdraw his savings.

An ID verifications and clearance of any crime activates involvements will take place as a process only for winners.

Privacy

Generally, we will not disclose any of your personal data, or your user content, except to provide the product or service you have requested, that are subject to confidentiality and restriction.

We understand and respect the importance of your privacy. This privacy policy tells you what personal information we collect and how we use. We will inform you about the purpose for which we intend to process any personal data, the types of third parties which we will disclose that personal data with.

We will process all personal data in line with data rights for users to request access to any data held about them. Prevent the processing of users data for direct-marketing purposes. Prevent processing that is likely to cause damage or distress to users.

You acknowledge that we have the right to monitor your access to, or use of our services, or content, or to review, or edit, any user content, from and within our platform and services to operate our services, and to ensure your compliance with these terms.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent of, and believe that any content infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing us the detail to resolve.

Ownership

You acknowledge and agree that the services and collective content, including all associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of Roscarich. You will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, services mark or other proprietary rights. Any other trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and any other proprietary designations are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective parties.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to electronically access and use our services for your personal and non-commercial purposes and, access and view any user contents to which you are permitted access for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You have no right to sublicense the license rights granted in this section.

You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit our service orc content, except as expressly permitted in these terms.

No licenses or rights granted to you by implication or under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by Roscarich, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these terms.

You grant us any user contents on our platform worldwide with the right to create derivative works, sublicense, use, edit, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, host, market, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, access, and fully exploit through or by our services as currently exist, or may be developed in the future.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that our services deemed in Saudi Arabia, and our services deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over us, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Saudi Arabia.

These terms governed by the internal substantive laws of the Saudi Arabia, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

You and we agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of a state court located in Jeddah – Saudi Arabia, for any actions for which the parties retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

You and we agree that any cause of action arising out of our services or collective content must commence within one year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise such cause of action permanently barred and waived.

These terms intended to govern the agreement between you and us to the extent permitted by all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. If any provision of these terms or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall, for any reason or to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not affect, but rather be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.
